Ben Zipkin, Managing Director, Partner

Ben is a co-founder and managing director of RDVO. He oversees all project strategy and works closely with clients to ensure that all project expectations are met.

Prior to founding RDVO, he held management positions at Renaissance Worldwide, Digitas, and Arthur D. Little, managing the delivery of a wide portfolio of projects for clients including L.L. Bean, Kraft Foods, IBM, The US Postal Service, Intel, and CMGi.

Ben's work has garnered three MIMC Awards, two Hatch Awards, two Clios, and one NEWD. In 1998, he was named as one of Computer World Magazine's Top-100 innovators for his work on Arthur D. Little's extranet system.

Ben has managed and implemented dozens of powerful Internet destinations, applications and programs for clients including Fidelity Investments, Abbott Laboratories, MeadWestvaco, The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Polaroid Corporation.

Michael Demopoulos, Creative Director, Partner

As Creative Director, Mike’s primary responsibilities are to manage and guide creative output, manage design deliverables, and to ensure the quality of all RDVO design projects.

Prior to joining RDVO, Michael served as the Design Director at iCAST Corporation, a $100 Million CMGi-funded entertainment portal. At iCAST, Mike spearheaded all the advanced design projects, including many of innovative and award-winning interactive applications. Mike has also served as a design director at EF Tours, the world's largest educational tour provider where he both designed and managed the rollout of their international websites.

At RDVO, Mike's work has garnered several major industry awards, including Best of Show at the 2001 MIMC Awards for his work on stopthehate.org.

Mike's original artistic calling was as a musician, composer, and performer. As the bass player for Chucklehead, he released three CDs and toured the world with bands like The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Phish, and Blues Traveler.
